Mantra meditation is one meditation technique you can find in books and online resources. People often seek out generic mantras to repeat over and over while concentrating, to get a feel for this type of meditation. However, traditionally, mantras should be specifically chosen for each individual. Many spiritualists believe that your mantra can be deduced using your date and time of birth, as well as the numerical value of your full name.
