Although I had let my professors know what had happened, and they were willing to work with me so that I could catch up with what I missed while I went home to help my mom with arrangements, I just could not get my head back into the game when I returned to campus.

Frequent nightmares prevent me from getting sleep. Whenever my alarm rings in the morning, telling me to go to class, I ignored the alarm and continue sleeping. And did it all the time. My grades all went down and I just felt that I do not have any energy or desire to do something about it.

Then something happened that I dreaded to happen. My scholarship was gone. How on earth would I ever get my degree without my scholarship?
